Terms & Conditions

This is the scary part, but we have to make sure your expectations are set correctly, and our butt(onhole)s are covered. So please, read this carefully, because you're agreeing to our terms...
  • You, the customer, are responsible for all shipping costs, to and from our offices. When you send us your garment(s), we will evaluate its suitability for buttonholes, and invoice you for the service and the shipping costs back to you.  Please note that, even if we are unable to complete the requested services, you are responsible for the return shipping fees. To be sure that your garment is suitable, we strongly urge you to use our Swatch Service. We will try to send your items back to as expeditiously and inexpensively as possible (unless you take advantage of our "Expedited Service" offering).
  • Invoices are due upon receipt, to ensure quick turn around. If you do not pay your invoice within 15 days, we'll send another notice. We will hold your garment for 30 days from invoice, after which we will donate it to charity. 
  • Once we receive payment, we will turn around your garment within 5 business days. 
  • If we can use your packaging, or USPS free packaging, to return your garment, we will charge you the actual shipping cost. If we can't, we will add a small handling fee to cover the costs of the shipping materials. 
  • We offer a Swatch Service to ensure that you are satisfied with our buttonholes before you send us your garment. If you do not take advantage of the swatch service, then you agree to accept the result AS IS. We strongly encourage you to use our swatch service. We want you to be happy with your buttonholes!
  • We do not make buttonholes in knit fabrics, leather, faux leather, fabrics with sequins, beaded fabrics, gauzes, meshes or un-stabilized stretchy fabrics. If you send us a garment that we cannot complete, we will invoice you for the return shipping costs and send it back to you. If you are unsure, contact us or use our Swatch Service. We are more than happy to advise you. We want you to be happy.
  • Do not put pins or staples in your garments!  If you do and it damages our machine, we will charge you a minimum of $300 for the repairs to our equipment.
  • Expedited Service is available for quick-turnaround projects.  For a $20 additional fee, we will process your order within 2 business days and return it to you by overnight shipping. We will invoice you for actual shipping charges.
