• 2 Buttonholes - $10
• 3 Buttonholes - $12
• 4 Buttonholes - $14

• 9 Buttonholes - $19
• 10+ Button Holes - $2/hole

Additional Service Fees:

• You will be invoiced for return shipping via UPS at actual cost + cost of shipping materials.  If we can reuse the packaging you sent us the garment in, we will not apply an additional shipping materials cost.
• Expedited Service Fee: $25 + overnight shipping for orders requiring less than 4 business days turnaround
• Quantity Rush Service Fee: $100 + expedited shipping costs.  Contact us directly for rush jobs at high quantity.
• Local Delivery Fee within 25 miles of Billerica, MA: $20 per delivery.
• Thread Change Fee: $3 / thread change is applied for multiple thread changes
• Button Sewing Fee: $7.50 per button to manually sew a button onto a garment
• Buttonhole Removal Fee: $10 / buttonhole for removing any existing buttonholes.
• Cutting Charge - $1 / buttonhole.  For special situations where we cannot use automated buttonhole cutting and must cut each buttonhole manually.

Surgeons' Cuffs

If you wish to have surgeons' cuffs (working buttonholes) installed in a jacket, please send us an email to inquire about pricing. Surgeons' cuffs start at $120 per jacket.

Our Swatch Service is available for free!  Send us a swatch of your fabric and we'll install a buttonhole in it and send it back to you so you can see how it looks.
